Diversity

Whatever your background, there are no pigeon-holes at Tuck. This is a personal investment.

Our commitment to diversity applies to the curriculum and to our educational approach. Our global business perspective means that we value differences—cultural, historical, social. Understanding the spectrum of experiences and outlooks is essential for leaders who will manage diverse workforces. Ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in the Tuck community accomplishes more than harmony; it improves the learning process. It is a critical component of leadership development.

Diversity conference

At our annual Tuck Diversity Conference, created in 1994, prospective students meet with current students, alumni, faculty, and staff for a weekend of discussion, networking, mentoring, and socializing. By dining with students and alumni, talking with professors, and meeting with staff, prospective students can explore opportunities for personal and professional development at Tuck. And they learn first hand what makes our community unique. They also have the chance to interact with the companies that make diversity a priority.
